Send ID to View a Property on Your Own

In an effort to ease the showing process, we allow you to view properties on your own schedule. We will give you a temporary lockbox code that will give you full access to the property to view at your leisure. All that we require is a copy of a photo ID to keep a record of everyone that we give property access to. Your ID is only seen by our showings coordinator and is for security purposes only. It is not used for any other reason.

Step 1

• Scan or photograph your ID and email it to our showings coordinator at adam@tenant-connection.com along with your name and the property address you are requesting to view.

Step 2

• Once we receive your ID and showing request you should be emailed a temporary lockbox code within 24 hours.  Please do not share this with anyone and be absolutely sure to turn off all lights and lock up when you leave. If you have any problems during your viewing, please contact us immediately.
